This privacy policy applies to the EC Pro program for Autodesk and is provided by Jim's Tools.

• The EC Pro program ("the App") is an AutoCAD LISP routine that runs locally on your computer. The App is designed to automate elevation calculations and other drafting tasks within the AutoCAD environment. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from its users or from the drawings and data with which it interacts.

• The App does, however, periodically check for software updates by communicating with a Jim's Tools server. This check is performed to notify the user of new versions of the App. No user-specific data, including personally identifiable information, is transmitted or saved during this update check process.

• Any "anonymous information" collected, as mentioned on the Jim's Tools website, is related to your visit to the website (jims-tools.com) and is not linked to your use of the App. This may include non-personally identifiable data such as browser type, pages visited, and general demographic information, which is used to improve the website experience.

2. Third-Party Data Sharing

• Since the App does not collect any user data, no data is shared with any third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Because the App does not collect or store any user data, there is no data to retain or delete.

4. Revoking Consent and Data Deletion Requests
