This privacy policy applies to the XLayer program provided by Jim's Tools for Autodesk AutoCAD.

1. Data Collection and Use:

• XLayer is a desktop-based application ("the App") that operates entirely within the Autodesk AutoCAD environment. The App's sole function is to modify the properties of layers and objects within your local drawing files.

• The App does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, usage data, or any other form of information about you or your work.

• There are no analytics, crash reporting, or external services integrated into the App that would collect data.

2. Third-Party Data Sharing:

• As the App does not collect any data, there is no data to share with any third parties, including analytics tools, advertising networks, or legal affiliates.

3. Data Retention and Deletion:

• Since the App does not collect or retain any user data, there is no data to be retained or deleted. All operations are confined to your local machine and your AutoCAD session.

4. Revoking Consent and Data Deletion Requests:

• Because no personal data is collected or stored by the App, there is no consent to revoke or data to delete.
